Authorities in Australia are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Katie Walker, a former Married at First Sight Australia producer who has been reported missing in Sydney, prompting growing concern from police, family members, and friends.
According to the New South Wales (NSW) Police Force, Walker, 46, has not been heard from since a phone conversation on Friday, May 22. After she could not be contacted and concerns for her welfare increased, officers attached to Eastern Suburbs Police Area Command launched an investigation into her whereabouts.
Police inquiries have since determined that Walker’s last known movements were in the Bondi Beach area at approximately 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, May 23. Since then, there has been no confirmed contact with her, raising fears for her safety and well-being.
Walker is described as Caucasian, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, with a thin build, brown eyes, and long brown hair. Authorities have also noted that she has a small black butterfly tattoo on her right hand, a distinctive feature that may assist in identifying her. Police say she is known to frequent Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
The disappearance has attracted widespread attention due to Walker’s long career in television and media production. She previously worked for EndemolShine Australia, where she was involved in the production of Season 12 of Married at First Sight Australia. Throughout her career, she contributed to numerous creative projects and advertising campaigns, working with prominent brands and production agencies across Sydney.
